Our WordPress Core + Plugin System Maintenance packages are designed to ensure your site remains updated, protected, and ready to recover in case of failure. Whether you choose Basic or Plus, both plans provide consistent monthly updates, backup management, and reliable support.

This is a yearly contract offering complete core and plugin system maintenance for WordPress websites. Ideal for business owners who want peace of mind, data protection, and technical continuity throughout the year.

• Annual coverage (12-month contract)

• Monthly WordPress core and plugin updates

• Secure monthly website backup to Dropbox

• 12-month rolling archive of backups

• Free restoration from the latest working backup

• Pre-contract system assessment + video capture

• Admin-level access monitoring for support continuity

• Terms & Conditions agreement required

Please Note:

• This plan covers static content only. Dynamic content (e.g., blogs, e-commerce, user data) is excluded from insurance rebuilds.

• The website must be in stable working condition at the start of the contract.

Terms and Conditions Summary

• A formal contract must be signed before services begin.

• The website must be in a stable, functional condition at the start of the contract. A pre-contract assessment and timestamped video (front-end and back-end) will be conducted.

• Ongoing admin-level access is required. Removing access may result in service termination.

• Backup processes may occasionally fail due to technical or server-related issues.

• Backups are stored securely by Brandlift Digital. Clients may request a copy for personal storage.

• Additional backup frequency (e.g., weekly or daily) is available upon request and will be quoted separately.

• If a restoration is required:

  • Basic Plan: A restoration fee of R2,500 applies unless the client upgrades.

  • Plus Plan: Includes free restore and static page rebuild if restoration fails.

• Insurance (Plus Plan only) covers static pages only. Dynamic content (e.g., blog posts, e-commerce, databases, user submissions) is excluded.

  • Rebuilds will follow the most recent backup and the pre-recorded front-end video.

  • Enhancements or redesigns requested during a rebuild will be quoted separately.

• In the event of major site changes or upgrades, clients must request a new analysis and updated backup.

• Brandlift Digital is not liable for damage caused by hacking, user errors, or third-party interference. Clients are expected to follow best practices for website management.

• Payments are billed annually (once-off per 12-month period).

• Brandlift Digital is not responsible for ongoing website health beyond what’s covered under this maintenance agreement.
