• Backup file securely stored. Backup made available for download within 5 business days

• Backup available for 14 days for client download

Important Notes:

• Restore service is not included in this package (a restore fee of R2,500 will apply if requested)

• Storage is temporary — clients must download the backup within 14 days

• No rebuild insurance or ongoing health monitoring included

• Service is limited to WordPress websites in stable working condition at the time of backup

• A service agreement must be signed before work begins

• Payment is required upfront

• Brandlift Digital is not liable for post-backup issues (e.g., malware, hacks, user error)

• Major post-backup site changes require a new analysis and quoted backup

• Clients may request a copy of their backup for their storage

• Payment is due upfront; failure to pay cancels the service agreement
